The Gravity Training System is the most effective and efficient 45-minute total body strength and conditioning program in the health club industry and it is now available in Mosman. Those who lacked time or motivation to strength train before, can achieve maximum results in shorter time frames!

The GRAVITY training system is so effective as at all times and in all places our bodies are acted upon by the forces of gravity. Our body is designed to move within this force. “Gravity is the most consistent force encountered by the human body and behaves in a predictable manner”. With this in mind, the GRAVITY training system uses programming to incorporate bodyweight as the dominant force.

The complete GRAVITY training System includes strength training classes, personal training and post-rehabilitation conditioning, all delivered by Gravity Training System. The GTS engages all muscle groups and encourages functional exercise for any age group by using an individual's body weight as resistance against gravity. Developed by EFI Sports Medicine, gravity training is widely recognized in the USA and the UK. It is currently only available at nine locations in NSW and only one location in Mosman. It is perfectly suited for couples, small groups and individual use.


What is Gravity Group training?

Since the early 80’s, when aerobic group exercise classes were introduced, strength training equipment for group classes has come and gone. It was unable to satisfy the underlying principles of true strength training. A single piece of equipment that could provide a full body workout without compromising correct technique has been elusive. Gravity Group provide exciting 45 minute strength classes that work all the major muscle groups.
