Originally from the UK, I left the British Army Royal Engineers in 1998, Since leaving I have gained 13 years experience helping individuals achieve their Health & Wellness goals.
My passions lie within Movement and Rehabilitation which has led me on an incredible journey of self discovery and education. Having sought out some of the foreward thinkers and innovative educators of our time I have discovered that there is a great requirement to be open minded and adaptable in order to be successful in this field.
It has been highly inspirational to be part of a person or teams health or sporting achievement as I feel there is no greater reward than to share in the success and happiness it brings.
Our mission at our Holistic Health Studio in Mosman, NSW has been to help promote lifelong health and vitality, through an intergrated approach to health & wellbeing including:
Neuro Linguistic Programming, 3D Functional Movement, Corrective Exercise, Advanced Metabolic Typing, Gravity Strength Training, Holistic Health Coaching, Remedial Massage and Wellness Education.
I like to work with people that want to improve their lives on all levels but are just missing the one thing to make it happen...The Tools!
For me getting results in a structured progressive manner is the key to my success.
